Help a shopper understand your product before they ask

A product page should answer a real question, not make someone guess what they are buying. You have product specifications and photographs, but turning them into a useful description takes time. Delegate that step. A DitWork task can ask a writer to explain one product, who it suits and what to check before choosing it. You supply the facts, agree the format and review the finished text before publication. This is a writing task, not a request to rate the product page: its result is a description you can actually use in your online store.

A ready-to-edit microtask brief

This is an editable draft, not a published task. Add your resource link, adjust the conditions, and choose the reward and number of completions.

任务标题
Write an original description for one product from supplied facts
工人应该做什么?
  1. Read the customer's accessible product information, intended audience and confirmed specifications. Use only the supplied or approved sources. List questions about missing facts; do not request store credentials.
  2. Prepare an original heading, a short introduction explaining the product's practical purpose and structured details. Follow the agreed tone and length. Do not copy another store's description or invent features, certifications, reviews or guarantees.
  3. Check that every factual claim matches the supplied information. Include relevant selection limits and package contents when confirmed. Keep unresolved questions separate from the description.
  4. Send the finished description in report text or a TXT/PDF file. Include the approved sources and any questions that need the owner's answer. This example delivers text only; publication, images and store access are not included.
如何证明结果
Provide the original product heading and description, a list of approved sources and separate questions about missing information. The customer checks accuracy, usefulness, tone and the agreed length before publishing. Purchases, reviews and search positions are not proof of completing the writing task.

Use clearer answers to build the next product page

Review the description against your actual product, then publish it yourself. Note the questions customers still ask and use them to improve the next brief. For another item, reuse the agreed structure but supply that item's own facts. If you need an outside view of the finished page, commission a separate product-page feedback task. Writing the description and evaluating how shoppers understand it are different deliverables.

Payment covers the agreed original description. It does not guarantee purchases or a search ranking. The owner verifies product facts before publication; the task does not include fictional reviews, copying competitor text or sharing store passwords.

Give your product facts a useful structure

Commission an original product description from your confirmed specifications. Give shoppers a clear answer with a practical, editable DitWork writing task.

Explain its practical useConnect confirmed features to an understandable purpose instead of copying a specification list.
Answer a buying questionInclude the size, contents or limitations that matter for this particular choice.
Keep the store's tone consistentGive a style example and receive a description that fits your existing product pages.
Approve facts before publishingReview the text and unresolved questions without giving the writer access to your store.

One product and a reliable source of facts

Provide the model, specifications and permitted claims. Name the reader's question and the section where the description will be used.

Separate facts from assumptionsSupply current dimensions, materials, contents and limitations where relevant. If a fact is missing, the writer should flag a question rather than invent a benefit or guarantee.
Make the format predictableAgree a heading, short introduction, useful details and length range. Say whether you need plain text or a specific layout; publishing and store configuration are separate work.
Define what approval meansAccept an original description that follows the supplied facts and brief. Do not ask for fictional buyer experience, copied competitor text or unrelated keyword lists.

Writing tasks that make a product easier to choose

Start with one page where customers repeatedly ask the same question.

Explain a new productTurn approved specifications for a backpack into a clear description of its use, compartments and dimensions. Leave unsupported details as questions for the owner.
Rewrite a supplier's rough descriptionRequest original store-ready text from confirmed supplier data. Keep the actual model and limits while removing vague slogans and confusing wording.

Custom writing tasks for product pages

The list shows general custom tasks. Use the example above to commission a finished description for one product, not just a review of an existing page.

Questions about ordering product descriptions

How is this different from product-page feedback?

Feedback tells you how a reader understands an existing page. This task delivers new written content from confirmed facts. You can order either step separately and use feedback to refine a later writing brief.

Can I prepare descriptions for several products?

Start with one to agree the style and acceptance criteria. Then create tasks for other items, or explicitly agree a batch with its product list, scope and payment. Repeated completions of a task about one product do not automatically cover different products.

What if the supplied specifications are incomplete?

Ask the writer to flag missing facts separately. Confirm them before the final text is accepted and published. A plausible claim is not a substitute for a real specification or an approved source.
