Sales script for a service call

We need a clear sales script for a manager on a call with a new client. We are selling a service for business (B2B), the task is to quickly find out the needs, work out typical objections and bring it to the next step: meeting/demo or invoice.

What you need to do: write the text of the conversation in stages so that it can be used directly during the call. The tone is calm, confident, without pressure and bureaucracy.

Inside there should be: a short greeting, questions to identify the need, 2-3 options for presenting value (depending on the situation), answers to common objections such as “expensive”, “I’ll think about it”, “send by mail”, “we already have a contractor”, the final part with a fixation of the agreement and phrases for closing the next step.

I’ll give some introductory information: a description of the service, a portrait of the client, examples of real objections, and how we communicate now. At the end, I want a document of 1-2 pages so that it can be implemented immediately.
