Website usability audit and short report with edits

We need to do a usability audit of our website (desktop and mobile versions) and give clear recommendations on what to fix, so that it is easier for people to find what they need and leave requests.

Website: corporate services, 8-12 main pages + application form.

What you need as a result:
1) Short report in Google Docs: what is inconvenient and why, where people can get lost or give up filling out.
2) List of specific edits by page: text, buttons, forms, menus, blocks, order of information.
3) Priorities: what is critical, what is desirable, what can be done later.
4) If you notice obvious problems with speed/adaptation/availability, also note them in simple words.

Preferably: a couple of examples of how you can improve the application form and service card (if relevant on the site).

Accesses: we will provide a link to the site, if necessary - access to Metrica/Analytics and webvisor records.

Duration: 2-3 days after the start.
