    • Desired budget up to 650.41 USD
    • Waiting for a performer...
  • Initial situation: there is a working prototype of a portable medical device for home breathing monitoring (sensor + mobile application). The team is preparing a demo for the stand at the exhibition and for distribution to partners. There will be no live filming - we need a fully animated video that explains the problem, operating principle and usage scenario in clear language without medical promises.

Subject area and environment: medical technology, explanatory graphics. It is important to correctly show the physiology at a basic level, the data flow from the sensor to the application and the logic of the algorithm without disclosing the source code. Working environment - Adobe After Effects (required), Illustrator or Figma for sources, if desired - Duik/RubberHose for rig. Final compositing - AE. Voice acting is not required, but the timing should be calculated for the future voice (about 150-170 words). Music and SFX are from licensed stock.

    What to do:
    1) A short 90 sec script based on the text provided (1 page draft and a list of product bullet points), suggesting visual metaphors and safe language.
    2) Storyboard/animatic with time codes (minimum 18-24 frames) and rough tempo for future voice acting.
    3) Development of a visual style within the brand guide (logo, palette, 2 fonts will be provided) - flat 2D infographics + character (neutral, without recognizable faces) and 6-8 key icons.
    4) Animation production: character rig (minimum 1 full rig with arms/legs), application interface animation (2 screens), signal/sensor animation, neat transitions, readable typography.
    5) Final compositing, color/contrast for the LED screen of the exhibition stand, selection of music and basic SFX (without overload).

    Specific result:
    - 1 final video 90 sec in 1920x1080, 25 fps, H.264 (15-25 Mbps) + ProRes 422 HQ.
    - An After Effects project with all assets (without paid plugins, or with approval in advance), structured by folders.
    - Pack of illustration sources (AI or SVG) and graphics export (PNG) for possible localization.
    - Separate master without text (textless) in case of translation.

    Restrictions:
    - No type statements "treats", "diagnoses" and without visualization of medical results as a guarantee. Level formulations are acceptable "helps keep track" And "supports monitoring".
    - You cannot show real patient data, real competitor interfaces, or any protected brands.
    - Avoid heavy 3D scenes and simulations - 2D style but with feel "premium" product.
    - 2 rounds of edits included: after the animatic and after the rough rendering 80-90%.

    Measurable acceptance criteria:
    - Length 90 sec +-2 sec, all key points from the approved script are present.
    - The text on the screen is readable: the minimum size is equivalent to 28 px in 1080p, no more than 2 lines on the screen, without flickering and torn kernings.
    - Smoothness of animation: no visible freezes/jerks, a uniform tempo is maintained, the character does not "breaks down" in the joints.
    - Color and contrast: elements do not merge on the dark background of the stand, the test for 2 backgrounds (light and dark) has been passed.
    - The final AE project opens without missing files while maintaining the folder structure, the compositions are named clearly.

Materials from the customer: brand guide, logo, draft text, 2 screenshots of the application prototype, list of prohibited wording.
