Интерьер
Interior design organizes internal space around activities, ergonomics, light, materials, storage, and maintenance. DitWork can help find a designer for planning, concepts, mood boards, 3D views, finish drawings, furniture, and lighting intent. Design must be separated from construction execution. Structural, electrical, fire, ventilation, and other regulated changes need competent review.
Measurements and users
Reliable planning requires verified dimensions, levels, openings, risers, ventilation, panels, and fixed constraints. The brief records users, routines, storage, work, children, pets, guests, cleaning, and accessibility. Commercial interiors add customer flow, staff operations, equipment, acoustics, and maintenance.
Layout before decoration
Zoning, circulation, doors, furniture, sanitary areas, and escape routes are tested before colors and styling. Options should represent different planning strategies. Wet services, structure, gas, ventilation, heating, and fire systems cannot be approved by an interior image alone.
Materials and lighting
Schedules identify products or measurable requirements, quantities, waste, format, color, and substitution rules. Important finishes need physical samples. Lighting intent coordinates with furniture, but loads, circuits, protection, and installation require responsible electrical design.
Implementation package
The set may cover demolition, partitions, floors, ceilings, elevations, finishes, furniture, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and schedules. Scope is agreed in advance. Design support answers questions but does not replace site supervision or contractor quality control.
Task information
- space type, area, condition, and measurements
- users, activities, storage, and accessibility
- style references and priorities
- budgets for finishes, furniture, and light
- required drawings, views, and schedules
- revisions, procurement support, and handover
Design outputs
| Stage | Output | Review |
|---|---|---|
| Planning | furniture layouts | function and circulation |
| Concept | boards and finishes | character and budget |
| Visualization | selected views | alignment with plans |
| Technical package | drawings and schedules | coverage and dimensions |
Workflow
- Survey the space and constraints.
- Agree scenarios, budget, and priorities.
- Approve the layout and engineering questions.
- Develop finishes, furniture, and lighting intent.
- Produce views, drawings, and schedules.
- Check the package and hand over sources.
Acceptance criteria
- plans use verified dimensions
- doors and furniture have no identified conflicts
- views align with the approved layout
- schedules contain quantities
- technical sheets are coordinated
- regulated changes are marked for review
Interior design does not replace surveys, engineering calculations, electrical design, fire review, or permits. Dimensions, substrates, and regulated alterations must be verified on site.
Post a DitWork task with plans, measurements, user scenarios, budget, and required outputs.
