There is a private reproductive medicine clinic (IVF and gynecology) in Kyiv. Now the site is outdated, made on Tilda, does not scale for new services and is poorly indexed. We need a new site from scratch with a clear structure of services, pages of doctors, educational content and a transparent appointment. It is important that the solution takes into account the sensitivity of medical data and is convenient for editors. Technical environment and limitations: - Domain and DNS already available, hosting preferably on an existing VPS (Ubuntu 22.04) or offer an alternative within a small budget - Requires WordPress as a CMS, but without heavy universal themes and without visual constructors like Elementor - a custom theme or a light starter - Integration with existing system of record/EHR: there is a REST API and webhooks (documentation will be provided), you need to create an intermediate layer on the site to display available slots and transfer the application - Two languages: uk and en, with separate URLs and correct hreflang - Do not store patient data in WordPress - only transfer to EHR, store only technical logs without personal data in WP What should be done (stages and result): 1) Analysis and design of the structure - semantic core for 20-30 key queries, site map, logic of service categories (IVF, diagnostics, surgery, tests) and page templates 2) Development of a new site on WordPress - custom theme (ACF/Carbon Fields allowed), types of records: Doctors, Services, Prices, Articles, FAQ, Reviews (moderation), Affiliate contacts 3) Appointment module - a form with the selection of a specialist/service, display of available slots from the API, application confirmation, error processing and fallback if the API is unavailable (correct message to the user) 4) SEO and performance - basic technical optimization, schema.org (MedicalClinic, Physician, FAQPage), sitemap.xml generation, robots.txt, canonical, Core Web Vitals optimization 5) Security - minimization of plugins, admin protection, editor role settings, access logs, basic hardening settings 6) Content transfer - transfer 25-35 pages from the existing site to new templates (texts will be provided in Google Docs), save/setup 301 redirects for old URLs Measurable acceptance criteria: - PageSpeed Insights for mobile: Performance 80+ on the main and typical pages of the service (excluding external chat widgets, if they are disabled) - Enrollment: 95%+ successful submissions in the API test environment on a set of 30 test scenarios (including API errors and empty slots) - Bilingualism: correct hreflang, no duplication of indexing between languages, separate sitemaps for each language or correct structure in one sitemap - Redirects: no 404 for a list of old URLs (I will provide a CSV), or there is an agreed list of exceptions - Admin: the editor can add a new doctor, service and FAQ without the intervention of the developer, all fields are clearly signed What I will provide: - Access to the current site and domain - EHR API documentation (endpoint for slots, creating an application, webhooks) - Content and brand materials (logo, colors, photos) I am waiting for the result in the form of an expanded repository or archive with a theme/plugin, instructions for deployment on a VPS, and a short technical documentation on integration and content editing.
