Initial situation: B2B SaaS platform for vulnerability management and compliance (scanning, reporting, remediation tracking) is sold to banks and fintech. Now sales are made through scattered presentations and letters, which is why conversions after the first meeting and responses to RFPs drop. It is necessary to put together a single package of commercial proposals that quickly adapts to different types of clients and withstands the inspection of the information security service and procurement. Subject area and environment: cybersecurity and GRC for financial organizations. The materials must correctly and without errors mention standard requirements and practices: ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, PCI DSS, OWASP, threat model, SLA/OLA, integration with SIEM/SOAR, SSO (SAML/OIDC), RBAC, audit logging, hosting (cloud/on-prem), PD processing, basic principles of risk management. You need to write in Russian, but with precise terminology familiar to CISO/Head of IT/procurement. Specific result: - 3 versions of the commercial proposal in DOCX and PDF format (single structure, different accents) for segments: bank 1000-5000 employees, fintech 200-1000 employees, payment service with PCI DSS. - 1 master template with variables (fields for substituting industry, perimeter, number of assets/scanned nodes, delivery model, timing, price, SLA) and instructions for use so that the manager can assemble the final document in 30-45 minutes. - 1 page executive summary for the manager (in short: value, risks, timing, budget). - Blocks: positioning and USP, architectural description of the solution at the text level, implementation plan with stages and deadlines, pricing table and additional. options, SLA (draft wording), legally neutral statements about responsibilities and restrictions, FAQ and answers to typical information security/procurement objections. Stages of work: 1) Analytics: study of current materials (presentations, letters, call recordings/notes, competitive CP), clarifying interviews with sales and product (2-3 calls), recording ICP and selection criteria. 2) Design of the CP structure and message map for 3 segments, approval. 3) Writing texts and editing, checking terminology, consistent tone and logic. 4) Assembly into a DOCX template (styles, table of contents, tables, variables/fields), PDF preparation. 5) Iterations of edits: 2 rounds of comments. Restrictions: - Specific client vulnerabilities and internal project names cannot be disclosed. All examples are impersonal. - You cannot use unconfirmed figures on the effect and promises of the level "; we guarantee passing the audit ". All statements must be verifiable or formulated correctly. - Documents must be self-sufficient: without links to external landing pages as the only source of key information. Measurable acceptance criteria: - Each version of the CP has the same end-to-end structure (sections in the same order) and adapted accents for the segment. - Each CP contains: a value proposition, a list of works/deliveries, deadlines with assumptions, requirements for the customer, a draft SLA, a price table with options, risks and restrictions. - Master template opens in Microsoft Word and retains formatting when exporting to PDF, heading styles work, table of contents updates automatically. - Personalization through variables: at least 12 fields for substitution, instructions for 1-2 pages. - Terminology and wording are agreed upon: no more than 10 comments on factual/terminological errors after final proofreading by the customer. Expected input data from the customer: existing presentations/price list, product description, list of integrations, sample contract/standard SLA (if any), access to 2-3 employees for interviews, list of competitors. Professional tools are welcome: Word with advanced work with styles and templates, spelling and terminology checking, pricing tables, basic competitive analytics, ability to write for C-level and information security. Time frame: 2-3 weeks, subject to approvals.
