You need to repeat the appearance and structure: header, blocks, buttons, forms, footer, fonts and colors. Adaptation for phones and tablets is required so that everything looks neat and does not break.

    You can use pure HTML/CSS/JS or any convenient designer/framework, the main thing is that the result is as similar as possible and works quickly. Create a feedback form by sending applications by email (you can use a simple processor or integration like Formspree).
