Quick usability audit for a small website

Usability audit of my small marketing website (about 6-8 pages) on desktop and mobile. I want to understand what confuses visitors and what to improve so people can find info and contact us faster. Please review the main user flows (landing page to key info, pricing/services, contact form) and point out issues like unclear text, poor navigation, layout problems, mobile glitches, and anything that may reduce trust. I need a short report with practical fixes I can implement in the next update. If possible, include a few screenshots or simple notes showing where the problem is and what to change. Deliverable: a clear document with findings and recommended changes, prioritized from most important to nice-to-have. No need for complex research, just a solid expert review.
