Questions and answers

How the DitWork rating works

Why does the rating matter?

The rating reflects verified activity and user reputation. It helps clients and freelancers assess each other's experience faster.

When are points updated?

Points are recalculated automatically after verified events such as project completion, job approval, a microtask payout or a new review.

Why can a rating decrease?

Low ratings for completed projects reduce the score. This keeps the metric useful and encourages users to meet deadlines, requirements and agreements.
